Me
I've been married to a professional photographer for 31 years, so it's easy to figure out where my interest in photography came from!
I like to photograph a wide variety of subjects, though I am particularly keen on heritage architecture and abandoned buildings; our 3 grandsons as they grow like weeds; lighthouses; air shows; and pin-up shoots with models.
I love to explore some post-processing treatments including High Dynamic Range (HDR), tone-mapping, colorizing, and creating composite images.
As I became more confident with my photography skills, I started entering the annual photo contest at the Paris Fair. I received several plaques & some monetary awards, which was very rewarding. I have been a member of the Brant Camera Club since 2010, where I have won the prestigious Verginna Barrie Competition, Digital Artist of the Year, and Photographer of the Year.
